Congratulations of the highest order are due to Real Skateboards, Fourstar Clothing and Nike SB representative Ishod Wair as he has been announced as this yearâs âThrasher; Skater of the yearâ!
Whilst it was no doubt a close call between Ishod, Westgate and Nyjah, even the most ardent fans of the other two canât fail to see just how much the New Jersey native has destroyed things this year.
Four, yep count âem, four video parts including a proper locals scene vid and, at the other end of the scale, enders in the latest offering from the worldâs biggest sneaker company â Ishod is a complete skate rat and truly embodies the Thrasher spirit.
