The Berrics has been a steadfast fixture of internet skate media for nigh on a decade now and one of their greatest success stories is their semi regular feature - the Battle Commander.
By now you should all know the score; a big name pro is given exclusive use off all the obstacles and facilities the park has on offer and produces a full part with the hope of stamping their own indelible mark on the history of the infamous institution. This time around it's the turn of Colombian rock 'n' roller and Flip skateboards pro David Gonzales, showing the world just what he can do whilst classic Metallica blasts out in the back ground - you really can't argue with that!
Two years on from a gnarly ankle break it seems as though the Globe and Volcom rider is finally back to full strength (we all remember that slam that pretty much destroyed any chance of him getting footage for Holy Stokes too) and we're massively stoked to see it. Few people are flipping into/out of ledge tricks one second then noseblunting round corners on massive tranny the next - even fewer Lottie spinning into front boards on handrails! Welcome back David, skateboarding has missed you!
