Things are starting to look up for Route One Team rider Conhuir Lynn.
Having been out-of-action, since destroying his knee at last summer's Lloyds Big Three jam in Bristol, he's been putting in the hours with the physiotherapist and is starting to get back rolling.
It'll be a little while until we see Conhuir back on the contest circuit so in the meantime DC have just released a short clip of unseen and recent footage.
