Having seen all the hype surrounding this brand-new part from Matt Militano in Zach Sayles excellent scene video 'Veil,' your humble author had somehow managed to get all confused and prepared himself for a Matt Tomasello journey into the unhinged (or hinged, as the case may be). He'd even internally posed the question "is Matt Militano the most viral skateboarder to have ever lived?" Lamenting that William Spencer, Richie Jackson and Jason Park had all had their moments in the sun but those dabbles with online fame were ultimately fleeting, or led to boards being dropped down vert ramps into intimate areas, which nobody needs to see.
But it was all for nothing! As Matt Militano is not Matt Tomasello and those who pride themselves on knowing all about skateboarding really ought to pay closer attention!
