Skateboarding has always had icons. People who transcend the mere riding our cherished toy and instead rise to a level of veneration; such is their prowess, their prestige. Etnies Skateboarding's marquee pro Chris Joslin sits at the very top of the modern era's greats, the elite of the elite if you will, so it's always an absolute pleasure to be reminded he's a completely normal lad, he just happens to have the kind of otherworldly talents most of us would give our right arm for!
Joining us for a record equalling fourth interview, you'd be forgiven for assuming the well of conversation with Chris would have long since run dry but that couldn't be further from the truth. A complete skate rat (this interview was conducted mid-session on a full day mission with Etnies in Birmingham last month) Chris doesn't let his status in our little world phase him; whether it's discussing life with his new son, recovering from injury, filming for Plan B's CODE or the new kids on the Etnies squad, it's always like chatting with an old friend, just an old friend who happens to be one of the best skater's that ever lived!
Click play to enjoy our latest catch up with Chris Joslin but stick around, we can't imagine it'll be that long before we inevitably meet up with him again!
