Giving 1% Back to the Planet

We have pledged to donate 1% of our Route One Own Brand annual sales to support environmental organisations working hard to ensure that our planet and future generations thrive. It’s like paying rent to the planet in return for the resources we use, and if we all do it, 1% adds up.
Our Charitable Partners

Make Life Skate Life

Our partner charity Make Life Skate Life sets up skate parks around the world in underprivileged communities, where access to sport, recreation and communal safe spaces is often limited. Their skateparks help to foster active, inclusive, healthier and happier societies, and also provide locals with invaluable education and employment opportunities. Once built, the skateparks are left in the capable hands of the communities that they serve, to be independently managed by locals.

In addition to monetary donations, to help fund MLSL’s upcoming projects, we send out skateboards and protection gear for use in the free, inclusive skate lessons run at the parks. We’re looking forward to future projects, watch this space! You can donate your loyalty points to fund the charity's work through your Route One Club account.

Our partner charity the Environmental Justice Foundation works with and for, those on the frontlines of environmental destruction to investigate, document and expose environmental and human rights abuses.
