Our dedicated team covers a hugely successful online store and nine high street stores, offering the best selection of on-trend product to customers aged 13-30, throughout the UK. Route One is actively engaged within the skate and snow culture and is frequently involved in events, charity projects and media activity. About you: You’re a hard-working individual with a can-do attitude who has strong experience in retail, especially with a young and trend-conscious customer base. You’ll pride yourself on managing and encouraging a team to do their best and are experienced in a target-driven environment. Ideally, you’ll have a strong interest in fashion, streetwear and skateboarding and are eager to build a rapport with our customers and your new team.
