We also think the moustachioed Alpine footage machine may have out-teched Rodney Mullen, if such a thing were possible, as 'Youtube skater' takes the flip-to-primo-slide exploration of Mullen's Round 3 part to dazzling new levels, breaking boundaries and smashing out NBDs for fun.
Not to say this will be everybody's cup of tea. Whilst Giger's style is solid and there are no anxiety inducing outfits on display, his proclivity to go beyond Nigel Tufnel's infamous 11, somehow turning the dial to 12 , does leave a little to be desired in the tastefulness stakes. Not that it matters, Jonny isn't trying to be Gino or MJ, he wants to see what's possible on his board and he's definitely pushed the boat out further than most.
