The Patagonia Torrentshell 3L Jacket in Black is a stylish, packable jacket constructed from 100% recycled Nylon Ripstop and a 3-layer H2No Performance Standard shell which is pretty much the crème de la crème of waterproof designs. The way the 3L works is by using a backer that lifts the membrane and fabric off the skin that, in turn, allows room for air to move and wick away sweat and moisture. The membrane itself has been designed to withstand degradation caused by heat, water and UV. It is also extremely durable, the addition of the third layer protects the membrane from everyday wear-and-tear and the ECONYL® recycled Nylon yarns has been 50% postconsumer recycled, from properties such as carpet and fishing nets. All of this packed into a seriously good-looking jacket? Amazing.Comes complete with a two-way adjustable hood with visor that stows away neatly, a microfleece lined neck with a waterproof barrier, a full snag-free zipper placket with a storm flap and a zipper-garage chin guard.
