Rounding up our series of Etnies content is our interview with the style king of Rabat, Blind Skateboards pro Nassim Lachhab!
Born and raised in Morocco, Nassim's story differs greatly to the average European or American pro we sit down with. From run-ins with cops accusing him of satanism to wondering how the generation before him even managed to get boards, the inherent difficulties of skateboarding in Morocco a decade ago helped shape Nassim into one of the most exciting talents in the world today.
Fuelled by the same drive that saw his dad claw his way from nothing to being head of the ONSSA (basically in charge of Morocco's health and safety laws for food), Nassim's focus brought him all the way to a car park in Longbridge, where we sat him in the back of a van and fired a load of questions his way!
