As summer approaches, and skateboarding turns its collective attention to this summer's Olympic Games, it fair to point out that pretty much every brand and their dog will be aiming to get their piece of the proverbial promotional pie. We're the same, we're already lining up a stellar season of our first class interview series to coincide with the public's pique of interest, so we can hardly be shocked that an industry behemoth like Nike SB is already dropping Paris focused content.
Swedish medal hopeful Oskar 'Oski' Rozenberg, though only 27, has been a fixture at the very top of bowl skating for the past decade, so it should come as no surprise that Nike are backing him hard in the run-up to the games. And though this mini doc may well have one foot in the 'Olympic promo content' pool, it serves as an excellent reminder for why we all skate in the first place, and for most of us it isn't Parisian gold!
Beautifully shot and containing some serious Oski shredding, whilst we can expect to see plenty of XXXIII Olympiad content over the coming months, we doubt much of it is gonna be quality quite like this!
