Though only in its sophomore year, it's safe to say Thrasher's 'Am Scramble' has already become quite a big deal. With every single member of 2017's graduating class progressing to the pro ranks shortly after (or in some cases, even before) the video went live, it's definitely considered the perfect jumping off point for a wannabe pro's career and 2018's video only cemented the regard in which the opportunity is held.
Though there's no denying the entire crew properly went off during their ten days in Texas, it was Girl and Lakai's Simon Bannerot that really stole the show. Fresh from his frankly ridiculous tailslide flip out at St Pauls' in Girl Skateboards' 'Bangers and Mash' London trip, the 20 year old Seattle native tore Texas a proverbial new one at every spot the crew hit up during their sojourn.
Obviously a standard edit is no longer enough to contain all the radical goodness captured throughout a trip so, in the first of an inevitable series, Simon's complete trickery from the tour gets the rough cut treatment right now.
