As you are no doubt aware, London’s historic Southbank undercroft, which had been skated for over 40 years, last year came under threat of closure due to the redevelopment plans of the South Bank centre.
After a year of protests, petitions and one of the most remarkable youth based political movements seen in the capital in recent years, last week the official news that those hallowed banks were safe came through! Check out the press release and video from the LLSB crew below:
Long Live Southbank celebrates our epic victory in securing our Undercroft forever! Recap on our journey from our first jam in May 2013 all the way to the finish line.
